Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an Electrical Assembler to build, wire, and test electrical systems in chiller units, following engineering specs, wiring diagrams, and detailed work instructions. You will install components such as contactors, relays, sensors, motors, and control panels, ensuring safe operation and conformance to quality standards.

The role operates in a production facility with four 10‑hour shifts (6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of electrical assembly experience.
• Proficient understanding of electrical fundamentals and principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete electrical wiring of chiller units from scratch, including routing, cutting, stripping, and terminating wires.
• Install and connect electrical components within chiller units.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to assemble systems.
• Build, wire, and test electrical systems to meet specifications and requirements.
• Handle high‑voltage wiring and large‑gauge cables safely.
• Verify proper operation and address issues during assembly and testing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and production timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to support production flow and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
