Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an Assembler Technician for the 3rd shift to assemble cooling system components on the production line. You will use prints and wiring diagrams to join copper and metal parts, performing brazing as required and wiring duties across high voltage systems.

The position reports to the Production Supervisor and pays a starting rate of $24.23 per hour, increasing to $26.23 after nine months.

Qualifications

• Reads prints, work instructions and wiring diagrams to assemble units.
• Performs brazing for refrigeration and water circuits per print requirements.
• Performs high voltage, 3-phase wiring of electrical system.

Job description

An Assembler Technician is responsible for utilizing prints, work instructions and wiring diagrams in order to assemble product on the production line.This position will be responsible for assembling and joining copper and other metal components using brazing techniques to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our cooling systems.This may include the use of power tools, hand tools, overheadhoistsand fixtures to complete assembly and transport material to and from thework station. Chiller Assembly Techniciansare responsible foradhering to all safety and quality requirements while meeting production schedule demands. The Chiller Assembly Technician reports to the Production Supervisor.

Hours: 3rd Shift: 10PM-6AM

Pay: Starting Rate is $24.23/hour after 9 months the pay rate will increase to $26.23.

Shift Differential: 3rd Shift is &1.50/hour
