Job summary

Johnson Controls in New Freedom, PA is seeking a PCB Designer to design, test and sustain PCBAs and chiller control panels within the Chiller Controls Engineering team. You will design analog and digital interfaces, perform reliability and signal integrity analysis, and use Altium Designer to create schematics and layouts.

Candidates must have a BSEE/BSCE or related Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of experience; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• Required BSEE or BSCE or an Associate's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Familiarity with PCB design schematic, layout and signal integrity tools based on Altium.

Responsibilities

• Design, test and sustain PCBAs and chiller control panels.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
• Perform worst-case analysis and reliability-focused design.
• Assist chiller team with system controls selection and interfaces.
