Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to join our Advanced Development and Engineering Center of Excellence in New Freedom, PA.

You will perform electrical/electronic engineering tasks, support power electronics development for chiller applications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team onsite. The role emphasizes design, testing, and development of new technologies with relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
Knowledge of three-phase power through internship/co-op experience or coursework.
Circuit design experience through internship/co-op or coursework.
US citizen and/or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

Report into the Power Electronics Department responsible for design, test, and maintain power electronics products and systems.
Define design specifications and create electrical/electronic circuitry to meet requirements.
Prepare and coordinate documentation for component design and manufacturing.
Support cost impact analyses of modifications and new implementations.
