Qualifications

• 5 years of journeyman level experience in commercial/industrial HVAC.
• Commercial/industrial air conditioning experience required.
• Knowledge of Chiller, HVAC, and Central Plants.
• EPA certified.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair central plant equipment (chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, controls, cooling towers, fans).
• Overhaul centrifugal chillers a plus.
• Perform testing, startup, and commissioning of systems.
• Schedule and manage site maintenance and repairs for chillers and towers.
• Support on-call emergency service rotations and safety compliance.
