EMCOR Group, Inc. in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a seasoned journeyman HVAC technician to maintain and repair central plant equipment including large tonnage chillers, pumps, and cooling towers.

You will perform testing, start-ups, and commissioning, respond to on-call emergencies, and coordinate with the Chiller Field Supervisor on customer opportunities while upholding safety policies.

Formación

• 5 years journeyman experience with technical schooling.
• Commercial/Industrial air conditioning experience required.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair central plant equipment including chillers 100 tons and larger.
• Overhaul centrifugal chillers a plus.
• Perform daily and monthly preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing, programming, start-ups and commissioning.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
