Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair central plant equipment including chillers 100 tons and larger, motors, pumps, valves, and controls.
• Overhaul centrifugal chillers a plus; inspect rigging for safety and efficiency.
• Support office with recommended repairs from delivery to completion.
• Be available for emergency service calls on-call through rotation.
• Test, program, start-up, and commission systems end-to-end.
• Schedule and manage site-wide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Perform daily and monthly preventive maintenance on chillers and cooling towers.
• Ensure completion within allotted time and budget.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and comply with safety policies.
