Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Children’s Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for eligible children and adolescents with Serious Emotional Disturbance. You will advocate for access to services and coordinate all necessary supports within an interdisciplinary team, with travel within the assigned area and flexible hours to meet client demand.

General Description of Responsibilities:The scope of practice for this position is to provide professional case management service to eligible clients. The case manager is an advocate for clients when securing services and is responsible for coordinating all services deemed necessary to meet the needs of clients served. The Children's Case Manager (CCM) will be sensitive toward others and enjoy working with children and adolescents and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.This position will be required to possess the ability and desire to work flexible hours to meet client demand.
