Job summary

KenCrest is seeking a Pediatric Nurse RN for its Children’s Transitional Care Homes. Work 36 hours per week on three 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with no weekend or on-call shifts.

Provide compassionate nursing care to medically fragile infants and children in a home-like setting, with a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and teamwork with the care staff. Qualified RNs will hold PA licensure (Compact accepted), minimum 2 years pediatric homecare tracheostomy/ventilator experience, valid driving

Qualifications

• RN license in PA (or Compact license)
• Minimum two years pediatric homecare experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR
• Clear criminal background checks as per state requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct pediatric nursing care in a home-like transitional care setting
• Perform evaluations and participate in care-team planning
• Maintain a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and deliver 24/7 nursing support as needed
• Contribute to patient safety, comfort, and family education
