Care Options for Kids in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health with high acuity needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator dependence. This role prioritizes focused, one-on-one care in the family home, enabling you to apply clinical judgment with confidence.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN license or Multistate license.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs (tracheostomy/ventilation).
• Build consistent relationships with child and family while delivering skilled nursing.
• Follow care plans, physician orders, and CDC-aligned safety guidelines.
