KenCrest is seeking a Pediatric Nurse RN to care for medically fragile children in a home-like transitional care setting in Pennsylvania. Shifts are 12 hours, 36 hours per week, with options for weekdays or weeknights.

The role features a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and no weekend shifts, emphasizing compassionate, family-centered care. Qualified RNs with PA license (or compact license) and pediatric homecare experience, plus tracheostomy and ventilator management, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid PA RN license; Compact license accepted.
• Minimum two years pediatric homecare experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Background checks and clear criminal record as per state requirements.
