• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred but not required.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• Clear criminal record and background checks as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents’ daily care: medications, treatments, tube feedings, trach care, personal care.
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and community outings; document care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team (nurse manager, direct support staff) to ensure safety and well‑being.

At KenCrest, our Adult Medical Community Home staff create a safe, nurturing environment for medically fragile adults with profound intellectual disabilities.

As a STAFF NURSE , you’ll play a vital role in overseeing your residents’ daily care: medications, treatments, tube feedings, trach care, personal care, and always - plenty of love. You’ll also accompany them to medical appointments, engage in community outings, or simply enjoy quiet moments on the patio.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN/LPN License in the state of PA;we also accept Compact licenses
• Minimum 2 years of tracheostomy and ventilator management experience, preferred
• Valid and Current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record ( 2 years’ of driving experience required) *Driver’s License, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of permanent residence*
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilitiespreferred but not required
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
