Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, Inc. is seeking a Community Outreach & Partnerships role to build and sustain relationships with parishes and diverse religious groups across 21 counties.

You will coordinate volunteer opportunities, internships, education programs, and donations while collaborating with staff to support departmental goals and outreach initiatives. The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience in nonprofit outreach and event

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with diverse groups.
• Experience in community outreach, nonprofit, volunteer engagement, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online scheduling/communication platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with Catholic parishes and non-Catholic churches or religious groups throughout the 21 counties of the Archdiocese.
• Coordinate volunteerism, internships, education, donations, and other forms of engagement; represent Catholic Charities at events.
• Collaborate with staff to identify needs, develop partnerships, and coordinate outreach activities and events.
• Track outreach activity, manage communications, and coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics for events.
