Leader for Children’s Ministry Needed

About Us: Weller Community Church is a small Foursquare church with an average weekly attendance of 20 to 30 people. We are located in northeast Springfield, serving families of all ages, primarily of low- to mid-income. To continue growing, we need a dedicated leader for our Children’s Ministry.

Duties:

1. Prepare and lead weekly lessons for children ranging from 5 years old to pre-teen.
2. Coordinate volunteers to ensure coverage for two classrooms each week.
3. Expect to spend 1 to 1.5 hours outside of class time weekly for preparation and organization.

Qualifications:

1. Sound knowledge of the Bible.
2. Passion for working with children of all ages.
3. Good organization and communication skills.
