Coordinator of Student Ministry

The Coordinator of Student Ministry will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic, engaging, healthy ministry that brings children in K-6th grades and their parents to Jesus, forms them as disciples, and sends them out to transform the world.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Catholic faith.
2. Able to share faith story.
3. Experience with children’s ministry and curriculum.
4. A level of social maturity that can accurately represent the parish and Faith Formation team.
5. Willingness to give first fruits to the ministry.
6. Takes initiative, follows up, and is teachable.
7. Team-building, utilizing team’s strengths for balance.
8. Communicate effectively and clearly in all forms (students, parents, parish, etc.).
9. Basic knowledge of office equipment and software/database programs.
10. Lives within 40 minutes of Yorkville Community.
