Job summary

This role requires NM licensure as LISW/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LPAT and 3 years of relevant experience in behavioral health service delivery with children and families.

Qualifications

• Licensure in New Mexico as LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPAT is required.
• Three years of relevant experience, or a combination with related education.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage survey workflows.

Responsibilities

• Survey certified/licensed child/adolescent facilities for regulatory compliance.
• Interview clients and staff, assess environment for safety and infection control.
• Develop survey schedules within state guidelines and timelines.
• Coordinate investigations of complaints and ensure defensible deficiency statements.
• Provide effective supervision to staff and manage workload.
