Note: This role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on & retention bonus as well as student loan repayment. This position involves a blend of outpatient psychotherapy and group work, split evenly between office-based and group settings.

About Our Child IOP

Our Children’s Intensive Outpatient Program supports children aged 7-13 through Developmental Repair, DBT, and IPT, focusing on emotional regulation, social skills, and healthy relationships. Sessions are structured to foster emotional and social development in a safe environment.

About The Role

Clinicians provide assessment, intervention, and therapy, working within their expertise. The role involves delivering group therapy to children, conducting assessments, treatment planning, and participating in team meetings. Our client base includes a significant percentage of Medicaid clients, with a commitment to evidence-based practices and professional development.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field
  • Full, unrestricted licensure in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC)
  • Experience with children’s day treatment or intensive groups (preferred)
  • Ability to provide group therapy to children aged 7-13
  • Supervision experience (preferred)
  • Training in child or family therapy (preferred)

Compensation

The salary range is $75,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, with specific ranges for master's and doctoral level clinicians.
