The Twin Lakes Rehabilitation Clinic in Roseville evaluates and treats children with various diagnoses, including cerebral palsy and those facing challenges with motor milestones, muscle control, and coordination. The clinic provides training to children and their parents/caregivers on the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and providing physical therapy services to children, including documentation and communication necessary for care, training patients, families, and staff, maintaining a safe and clean environment, managing departmental equipment, and ensuring satisfaction among patients, families, and staff. All duties are performed in accordance with Children's Minnesota Standards of Behavior.

The salary range is competitive based on local and national market data. Compensation considers factors such as skills, education, credentials, experience, internal equity, and organizational needs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions requiring night, weekend, or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
All offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background check, and compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9.
