Program Details

The Children’s Intensive Outpatient Group Psychotherapy Program supports children aged 7-13 using Developmental Repair, DBT, and IPT to foster emotional regulation, social skills, and healthy relationships. Sessions are held Tuesday through Thursday, focusing on emotional and social development in a supportive environment.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver assessment and intervention, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and other professional activities. Some duties may be performed hybridly in Minneapolis at the clinic’s discretion.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited program
• Unrestricted Minnesota licensure (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC)
• Experience with children’s day treatment or intensive groups (preferred)
• Competence in providing group therapy to children aged 7-13
• At least 2 years of clinical supervision experience (preferred)
• Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred)
