This role offers a salary range of $75,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr, with additional compensation including annual and sign-on bonuses. The Children’s Intensive Outpatient Group Psychotherapy Program supports children aged 7-13 using Developmental Repair, DBT, and IPT to foster emotional regulation, social skills, and healthy relationships. Sessions are held Tuesday through Thursday, focusing on emotional and social development in a supportive environment.
Deliver assessment and intervention, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and other professional activities. Some duties may be performed hybridly in Minneapolis at the clinic’s discretion.
