Job summary

Mercy Care Atlanta, a part of Trinity Health, seeks a Children’s Behavioral Health Manager to lead programs across locations. You will supervise clinicians, oversee trauma-informed, evidence-based care, and drive improvements in access and outcomes.

The role requires GA licensure (LCSW/LPC), at least three years in behavioral health and two to three years in leadership for children’s services, plus bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish). Direct clinical work is expected three days per week.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with GA licensure (LCSW/LPC) required.
• Minimum three years in behavioral health or human services.
• 2–3 years in program leadership or supervision for children’s services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Direct clinical therapy experience and knowledge of child/adolescent services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee children's behavioral health programs across Mercy Care locations.
• Supervise clinicians, case managers, and staff; includes hiring and coaching.
• Ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based care delivery.
• Manage intake, assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination.
• Monitor outcomes, productivity, patient satisfaction, and access.
• Support grants, programs, and resource development.
• Collaborate with medical teams to support integrated care.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA/FQHC, Medicaid, HIPAA.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives using performance data.
• Represent Mercy Care at community health fairs.
• Provide consultation to providers on behavioral health.
• Participate in outreach activities.
