RFTS is seeking a compassionate team member to support our childcare community in Essex Junction, Vermont. You will cover lunch breaks, assist teachers, and help maintain a clean and organized space for children in our care.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage during lunch breaks to support teaching staff.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to meet daily needs of children.
• Help maintain a clean environment and assist with laundry.
• Step in to cover staff absences to keep classrooms running smoothly.
• Organize supplies and restock materials for a prepared space.
