Position Summary

The Teacher Aide provides high-quality care to enrolled children, ensuring their needs are met and assisting in implementing daily routines and activities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Meet one of the following criteria:
  • Child Development Associate’s (CDA) certificate
  • Completion of at least 2 years (60 credits) of postsecondary study in a related field
  • Associate’s degree or higher
• Ability to complete basic computer tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences

Preferred:

• One or more years of teaching experience in an integrated classroom setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
• Private Academic Teacher Certification in Nursery/Kinder
