Physical Requirements:
This position requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons', and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training. If hired, you will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons' policies, procedures, and guidance, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring children's safety.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:
The starting hourly rate for this position is between $16.45 - $20.45/hr. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons anticipates offering, with actual offers depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
This position is eligible for a hiring incentive of $1,250.00 Full Time and $750.00 Part Time, payable after 100 days of employment.
