Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma is desirable.
• A minimum of six (6) months of experience working with pre-school and school-age youth is desirable.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain a CPR Certification.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging activities for children.
• Prepare the childcare room or classroom with appropriate materials.
• Supervise children in various settings including classrooms, childcare room, and outdoors.
• Enforce school rules and maintain discipline in a fair and positive manner.
• Serve as a role model for good sportsmanship and leadership.
• Develop rapport with children and families to foster a supportive environment.
• Assist children with meals and refreshments (e.g., breakfast/dinner).
• Sanitize toys, play equipment, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support children in using the restroom and changing diapers of infants.
