Pine Village Preschool Inc in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Childcare Director to lead a quality early childhood program aligned with the Inspire philosophy.

You will mentor staff, engage families daily, manage center operations with a business mindset, and collaborate with finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and HR. We offer PTO, 401(k), daily pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; AA considered.
• Minimum 2 years of center leadership experience in childcare.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; positive attitude.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Engage with your team and families daily.
• Maintain a quality early childhood program within Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset — making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center.
• Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success.
• Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.

Who You Are:

• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
