Pine Village Preschool - Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Childcare Director to lead a joyful, inclusive early childhood program within Inspire Early Education.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment
• Engage with your team and families daily
• Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset - making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center
• Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success
• Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field ( Required; We will consider those with an AA. )
• At least two (2) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program ( Required )
• Bilingual in Spanish ( Required )
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
