Job summary

Inspire Early Education in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a Childcare Director to lead and mentor a diverse team, engaging daily with families and ensuring a high-quality early childhood program aligned with our philosophy and agency guidelines.

You will manage day-to-day operations with a business mindset, support staff development, and collaborate with Finance, Learning Environments, Marketing, Customer Service and HR to drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a childcare program is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Passion for working with children and a positive attitude.

What You'll Do:

Every day is a chance to make an impact. You will:

• Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment
• Engage with your team and families daily
• Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset - making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center
• Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success
• Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field ( Required; We will consider those with an AA. )
• At least two (2) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program ( Required )
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
