Job summary

Inspire Early Education is seeking a Childcare Director to lead a center in Missouri, overseeing day-to-day operations, program quality, and staff development. You will mentor a diverse team, engage with families, and ensure alignment with the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines.

We value inclusive culture, strong communication, and the ability to grow our center’s impact on children’s learning and development. Prior leadership in childcare preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
• At least two years of center leadership experience in a childcare program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Engage with your team and families daily.
• Maintain a quality early childhood program within the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset.
• Inspire and support the professional development of your staff.
• Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field ( Required; We will consider those with an AA. )
• At least two (2) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program ( Required )
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
