Qualifications

• Master’s degree in listed fields with 3 years’ experience in childcare services, incl. 2 years supervising admin functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in listed fields with 4 years’ experience as described.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee a comprehensive childcare program.
• Administer the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) and other initiatives.
• Prepare plans and reports; monitor contracted providers.
• Represent the department in public convenings and trainings.
