Qualifications

• Required licensing/certification to perform this role.
• Past experience working with children.
• At least 2 years of early childhood experience required.
• Managerial experience of at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Select an accredited curriculum based on classroom needs.
• Ensure compliance with county and state regulations.
• Manage staff expectations and handle scheduling conflicts.
• Review and approve all lesson plans and educational materials.
