Job summary

Learning Care Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners at our new location. You will create engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure a safe, nurturing classroom aligned with licensing guidelines.

The role requires classroom leadership experience, ability to meet state requirements, and willingness to work indoors or outdoors with preschool children. We offer a welcoming, energetic team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a preschool classroom.
• Ability to meet state daycare requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing standards.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
