Job summary

Learning Care in Apex, NC is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire early learners through engaging, hands-on activities. You will mentor fellow teachers, implement curriculum, and ensure classroom safety and licensing compliance.

You’ll foster relationships with families, support growth in social, physical, and cognitive skills, and help create a loving, organized learning environment each day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
