Job summary

La Petite Academy is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. You will promote growth in preschool children, lead classroom management, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

Ideal candidates have experience leading a classroom, ability to meet state education requirements, and can work indoors or outdoors with children, contributing to a positive, energetic center culture.

• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children by promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support center success.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
