Job summary

The Children’s Courtyard in Boiling Springs, SC is hiring Lead Teachers to create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. This role focuses on guiding preschoolers' social, physical, and intellectual growth within licensed guidelines and center standards.

You will lead classroom activities, manage curricula, and build meaningful relationships with families to support each child’s achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
