Job summary

Foothills Child Development in Easley, SC is seeking a Childcare Floater/Teacher Aide for Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm. Compensation ranges from $14–$16 per hour based on education and experience.

Duties include substituting across classrooms, supporting teachers, and engaging positively with children and families. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass background checks, and being at least 18 years old.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and meet all physical requirements.

Foothills Child Development is a licensed childcare center seeking Teacher Aides/Floaters to support all age groups!

To be QUALIFIED for such position, we require a high school diploma OR GED, the ability to pass all background checks, and candidates must be 18 years of age. plus if you have previous childcare experience!

Required Shift:

Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 3:30pm

Compensation:

$14-16 per hour, based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed. This includes covering staff members’ breaks, filling in for staff members in their absences, and assuming the classroom duties of staff members before or after their scheduled shifts.
