Inspire Early Education in Ballston Spa, NY is seeking a Childcare Assistant Director to partner with the Center Director in daily operations and to help shape the early educational journey of our children.

You will support educators implementing an Emergent Curriculum, ensure teachers support children's development, engage with families, and collaborate with professionals to meet diverse needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent (Required).
• EEC Director Qualified Certification (Required).
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (Required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Center Director on daily center operations.
• Help educators foster a nurturing environment with Emergent Curriculum.
• Ensure teachers support children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining safety.
• Engage with parents, providing progress updates and support.
