Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking a Bus Driver in Fayetteville, North Carolina to provide safe, reliable transportation for students and to support classrooms alongside Lead Teachers. You will engage with children, observe development, and keep families updated through daily communication.

Position requires strong safety focus, 21+ years old, and ability to pass a background check. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within our CDS centers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with young children and support their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for Before and After School programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment as needed.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
