The Learning Experience in Manassas City, VA is seeking a dependable Childcare Bus Driver to transport children to and from local schools on a Monday–Friday schedule. This role requires safety-consciousness, reliability, and adherence to transportation procedures.

Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour based on experience. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, and includes paid training and employee childcare discounts.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
• Previous professional driving experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Must meet Virginia requirements for transporting children.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from local schools
• Follow assigned routes and transportation schedules
• Complete required vehicle and safety checks
• Maintain accurate transportation and attendance records
• Follow all child loading, unloading, and supervision procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
• Communicate professionally with center leadership and families as needed
• Follow all applicable transportation, licensing, and center requirements
• Assist with center needs between routes as assigned

The Learning Experience - Manassas City, VA

Pay: $16-$18 per hour, based on experience

Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 6:30 AM-9:30 AM and 3:00 PM-6:00 PM

The Learning Experience - Manassas City is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Childcare Bus Driver to help transport children to and from school.

We're looking for an experienced driver who understands that safely transporting children requires reliability, patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to following established transportation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from local schools
• Follow assigned routes and transportation schedules
• Complete required vehicle and safety checks
• Maintain accurate transportation and attendance records
• Follow all child loading, unloading, and supervision procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
• Communicate professionally with center leadership and families as needed
• Follow all applicable transportation, licensing, and center requirements
• Assist with center needs between routes as assigned
