Job summary

The Learning Experience in Manassas City, VA is seeking an experienced School Age Teacher for before and after school care. You will supervise and engage children, plan age-appropriate activities, support homework, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

This part-time split-shift role offers consistent weekday hours (6:15 AM-9:30 AM and 3:15 PM-6:15 PM) with pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour and paid training to develop professional childcare skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous professional childcare experience required.
• Experience with school-age children strongly preferred.
• Reliable and available for both portions of the split schedule.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Must meet Virginia licensing requirements for the position.

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:15 AM-9:30 AM and 3:15 PM-6:15 PM
