The Learning Experience - Manassas City, VA is seeking a dependable Childcare Bus Driver to transport children to and from local schools on a consistent weekday schedule.

Pay is $16-$18 per hour, based on experience. Preferred schedule is Monday-Friday, roughly 6:30 AM-9:30 AM and 3:00 PM-6:00 PM. No nights or weekends, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous professional driving experience required.
• Experience transporting children strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Must meet all applicable Virginia requirements for transporting children.
• Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and professional.
• Ability to work a split morning and afternoon schedule preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from local schools
• Follow assigned routes and transportation schedules
• Complete required vehicle and safety checks
• Maintain accurate transportation and attendance records
• Follow all child loading, unloading, and supervision procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
• Communicate professionally with center leadership and families as needed
• Follow all applicable transportation, licensing, and center requirements
• Assist with center needs between routes as assigned
