Job description

HTSW is currently seeking an experienced professional to join our staff as a CHILDCARE ATTENDANT.

We are hiring for the following shifts: Monday thru Friday; 9am - 12:30pm.

The role involves caring for children by providing a safe, friendly, and open environment. Responsibilities include occupying children’s time through creative play or activities, creating new games to maintain interest, tending to the physical needs of children, adhering to safety rules and procedures, and maintaining a clean room with clean toys.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate flexibility for scheduling of hours and tasks.
2. Willing to learn job skills and accept direction.
3. Experience working with young children in various group settings.
4. Must become certified within 60 days of employment for CPR, first-aid, and AED; training is provided.

Physical Demands:

Ability to pick up/carry infants and small children and engage in physical activities with them.
