This role runs Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm with no nights or weekends; requires a high school diploma or GED, background checks, and a positive team attitude; CDA is a plus. Compensation ranges from $14-$17 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities.
  • Help implement activities that support children’s emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
  • Create and maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Take direction, accept feedback, and continuously grow in your role.
  • Follow all licensing, safety, and center policies.

We’re looking for an Assistant Teachers to join our team at Boise Kid Co. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, caring, and excited to support young learners in a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll work closely with Lead Teachers to help create meaningful learning experiences and support children as they grow and develop.

Monday-Friday
9:30 am - 6:00 pm
No nights. No weekends.

Compensation

$14-$17 per hour, based on education and experience
