Job summary

Boise Kid Co. is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support Lead Teachers and help create meaningful learning experiences for young children in a warm, safe classroom. You’ll assist with daily activities and foster development across emotional, social, cognitive, and physical domains.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–6:00 pm, with no nights or weekends, offering $14–$17 per hour based on education and experience. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus.
• CDA or higher is a plus.
• Ability to pass all required background checks.
• Positive attitude and a team‑first mindset.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with young children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
