Jobvite, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director to lead and empower educators and families in our Avon center. You will ensure licensing compliance, supervise staff and conduct family tours with warmth, while fostering a joyful, supportive environment for teachers and students.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in Assistant Director roles, a CDA/Associates or Bachelor’s, and a commitment to continuous learning in early education. This in-person, weekday role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Compensation: $20 - $22 an hour, based on experience and education

Shift: Monday thru Friday; Hours may vary
