Learning Care is seeking an Assistant Director to support the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director's absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school and its daily functions.

You will promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children while leading a caring team. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $22.78, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and Master Teacher growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Job Requirements:

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $22.78/starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
