Purcellville Children’s Academy is seeking an Assistant Director who leads with care and decisiveness, guiding teachers and families with attention to detail. You will manage licensing, cultivate relationships with staff and families, and support a welcoming environment.

Compensation: $21 - $23 per hour, based on experience and education

Shift: Monday - Friday - schedule will vary - MUST be flexible

Educational Requirements: MUST have a CDA or higher
