Karnak Creative Early Learning Center is seeking an Assistant Director who leads with care and decisiveness, guiding teams of educators and supporting families with warmth and professionalism.

The role emphasizes licensing compliance, staff and family engagement, and ongoing observation and growth opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a CDA or higher.

Compensation: $20 - $21 per hour, based on experience and education

Shift: Monday - Friday - schedule will vary - MUST be flexible

Educational Requirements: MUST have a CDA or higher
