Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking a childcare aide to care for children in our childcare center in Bend, Oregon. Responsibilities include assisting in activities, serving meals, diapering infants and toddlers, leading outdoor play, and cleaning the center at day end.

The role requires First Aid and Child CPR certifications, plus completion of mandated training within 30 days. A Central Background Registry (CBR) number is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• First Aid and Child CPR certifications are required.
• Must complete two hours of training regarding child abuse and neglect, OCC-approved health and safety training, and safe sleep training within 30 days of employment.
• A background check will be conducted before employment; a background in Child Development and Education is a plus but not necessary.
