Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Childcare Aide to assist in activities, supervise children, and support the daily operations of the childcare center in Bend, Oregon. The role involves feeding, diapering, outdoor play, and maintaining a clean environment.

Qualifications include First Aid and Child CPR, plus ability to obtain a Central Background Registry number. A background check will be conducted; related education is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have or able to obtain Central Background Registry (CBR) number.
• First Aid and Child CPR certifications are required.
• Two hours of training on child abuse/neglect and safety within 30 days of employment.
• Background check will be conducted; experience in Child Development is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activities and lead outdoor play.
• Serve meals and change diapers in infant/toddler rooms.

Duties include assisting in activities, serving lunch, changing diapers in the infant and toddler rooms, leading outdoor play activities, cleaning the center before, during, and at the end of the day, and any additional duties that would normally be expected in a childcare setting. Must have a Central Background Registry (CBR) Number or the ability to obtain one .
