Job summary

Learning Care Group, a leading early childhood education provider, seeks Teacher Aides to support teachers and create a safe, engaging learning environment. You will help with daily routines, meals, and classroom cleanliness while fostering development and family communication.

This role emphasizes hands-on training and adherence to licensing standards, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Meets state licensing requirements for working in a school.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Experience working with children in some capacity preferred.
• We will train!

Responsibilities

• Care: follow licensing guidelines and maintain a fun, interactive classroom while keeping it clean and organized.
• Help: support Teachers by setting up for meals and cleaning up; sanitize the classroom as needed.
• Engage: observe, assess, plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Learn: complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
